Now entering my third year of experimenting with fermentation, kombucha is the clear winner in my household. Recently I was featured in Saskatoon Home magazine talking about my love of “alien babies” and their delicious gut-healthy creations.
It seems like lately I have been a bit of media darling in Saskatoon. Along with my CTV interview discussing why I love my gym, that same week my photo was also on the cover of The Sheaf, our university’s weekly rag. Let’s hope this celebrity status doesn’t go to head too much! ;)
